Chief RIAA Litigator Named Colorado Judge 7. May 2008

Richard Gabriel, who prosecuted the nation’s first file sharing case to go to a jury, assumes the post July 1. There was no immediate word on who will succeed Gabriel to lead the RIAA’s file sharing legal campaign.
